In his over 20 years in the business, he has not only been on the sales side but also in management and ownership. He has experience in the retail, broker and correspondent channels for lending. His goal is to not only find a solution for his client’s real estate needs, but also ensuring you meet and discover the best options which parallel your short and long term goals, all the while creating a lifetime relationship.

Chris is looking to expand his business by helping educate everyone he can about the process of purchasing a home or refinancing, and all the details the process includes. As a correspondent and mortgage broker in today’s environment, Chris helps his clients through the process of understanding the current lending world and how to make sure they find the program which is the best fit for them and their family. In addition to learning about the needs of his clients he also makes sure they have a clear understanding of the economic markets and how they can affect their financing. Chris makes sure his clients understand they have options and it’s not a one size fits all mentality. At the end of the day, he is there to provide clear and accurate communication of the information so his clients can make the best, informed decision.

On a personal note, Chris currently lives in Farmington, Minnesota with his wife Lisa and children, Morgan and Levi. Chris is involved in the community. Chris has been involved with Rotary, Ramble Jam, Dew Days, Ducks Unlimited, Farmington Citizens Police Academy, and helps others with their events and causes. In his free time, he and his wife take the kids camping, fishing, biking, and spend time with extended family and friends.
