“My path to lending began with managing a condo rental during college which led to an early interest in real estate investing. I have always loved the puzzle pieces of trying to take the next financial step and after taking time to be at home with two young children (made possible by those previous real estate investments), there was no path that felt more perfect than helping other people accomplish the same goals.” Jessica uses not only her expertise on the market and thorough knowledge of the best loan solutions, but also her two decades of experience as a property manager, homeowner, and investor to help her clients reach their financial goals through homeownership. Her aim is to make each client’s life better—whether that is through helping them understand the steps toward buying their first home, outlining a path to invest in a rental or vacation home, finding the best way to save on their mortgage, or telling them that what they have right now is the best option and they don’t need to do a thing. She grew up in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, studied music and business at the University of Miami, adventured her way to Colorado after being pulled in by the beautiful sounds of Red Rocks, and stayed for the mountains, the sunshine, and the creativity and unique spirit. Her husband Mark proposed to her on the stage at the Boulder Theater and they now share a life in Lafayette with their children Alexandra and Clark.
