Patrick Sieng

Patrick Sieng has been in the real estate industry since 2013. He is a licensed real estate principal broker/REALTOR® and owns Capitol Real Estate based in Salem, Oregon. Patrick was honored as the REALTOR® of the Year in 2021 by the Mid-Valley Association of REALTORS®. He has earned eight designations/certifications from the National Association of REALTORS® and has a certificate in Real Estate/Property Management from Portland Community College. Patrick has been a licensed mortgage loan originator and business development specialist for the Zen Lending Team since 2021. In addition to real estate and mortgage careers, Patrick is a registered lobbyist in the State of Oregon with 12 years of experience and has been a licensed private investigator since 2023. He previously served as a reserve police officer/deputy for 13 years with the Portland Police Bureau, Marion County Sheriff’s Office, and the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.
