Xpert Home Lending is incredibly proud to introduce Xpert Xcess — a reward program built to recognize, reward, and celebrate the Loan Officers who keep raising the bar at XHL. It's live effective immediately, it's retroactive for all of 2026, and it runs through 2027.
How It Works
Two tiers. No caps. No forms.
Every Broker and Correspondent loan you close counts toward your annual total. Hit 35 loans and you unlock the first tier — from that point on, every correspondent file you close banks a cash credit in your name. Hit 60 and it doubles.
Xcess 250
Reach 35 Total Loans

Per Correspondent File
Reach 35 total closed loans in the calendar year — Broker and Correspondent combined — and you've achieved Xcess 250. From there, every eligible correspondent file earns a $250 credit for the remainder of the year.
Xcess 500
2× Tier · Reach 60 Loans
$500
Per Correspondent File
Reach 60 total closed loans in the calendar year and the reward doubles: every eligible correspondent file from there earns $500. No cap. The bigger your year, the bigger every closing gets.
Retroactive for 2026 · Continues Through 2027
We're making Xcess retroactive for the entire 2026 calendar year — which means several members of the XHL family have already earned thousands of dollars in Xcess credits. The program continues through 2027, with the potential to grow beyond it as XHL continues to grow.
How Your Xcess Credits Are Paid

Close toward your milestone. Broker + correspondent loans both count toward 35 and 60. Your counter runs per calendar year.

Credits accumulate automatically. Once you cross a milestone, every eligible correspondent file adds to your Xcess balance in the XHL portal — no forms, no submissions.

Get paid monthly as loans season. Each loan becomes payable once it clears its EPO period. Eligible credits then pay out monthly — your production keeps building, your credits keep accumulating, your rewards keep growing.

The fine print, in plain English
Broker and correspondent loans count toward the 35- and 60-loan milestones; Xcess credits are earned on eligible correspondent files only. HELOCs don't count. Counts run per calendar year and credit the loan's primary LO. Each credit becomes payable 180 days from the finalized date within Xpert's internal system as long as it has not been EPO'd, with eligible credits paying out monthly, and is payable while you're an active Xpert Loan Officer. Retroactive for 2026 and continues through 2027.
