A proud native of San Diego, Karla holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business with an emphasis in French and Western Europe and a specialization in Finance from San Diego State University. She is a member of the Associate Board for the Corky McMillin Center for Real Estate at SDSU and an active mentor to students in the Real Estate Society. Karla has also led numerous first-time homebuyer workshops, helping new buyers navigate the process with clarity and confidence.
Beyond her lending work, Karla is a real estate investor herself, she and her husband have completed flips, manage multi-unit properties, and are planning to build a custom home in Baja California in the future. She’s fluent in Spanish and French and enjoys working with diverse clients to meet their unique financial goals.
When she’s not helping clients or collaborating with her Realtor partners, Karla loves traveling with her husband Bharat and spending time outdoors with their energetic Goldendoodle, Kulfi.
