Jim is a Southern California native, growing up in Temple City and then attended California State University Northridge. While attending CSUN, Jim played 4 seasons for the Matador baseball team before being drafted in 2006 by the Cleveland Indians. In 2006, Jim graduated with a Business Administration Degree with an Option in Finance.
In 2010, Jim moved to Ventura County to start his mortgage career. Since that time, Jim has been part of thousands of mortgages helping clients with their financing needs for a new Purchase, Refinance, or a Home Equity Line of Credit. Jim has an array of products from Traditional Mortgages, to Bank Statement Loans, to Rental Cash-Flow (DSCR), and more.
