Upon graduating from the University of Colorado at Boulder, his quest began in 1999 as a Realtor in SW Colorado where he gained invaluable knowledge of property acquisitions and transactions.

In the early 2000's he expanded into the Financial realm while residing and originating loans in the Denver, CO area before returning to his home town of Pagosa Springs to raise his daughter in the San Juan Mountains he grew up in.

David operates the beautiful 4 Corners Region with the Xpert Home Lending team.
