They call him Coach Charles McCulloch! Why? Well, because he has been a Varsity Football, Volleyball, girls’ and boys Basketball, Track & Cross-Country Coach.
In 2020, Charles thought he stepped back from athletic coaching. However in 2021, he was honored when he was asked to help coach the Coaches! Charles knew he would need to draw on his skills and passion to help the coaches.
He wanted them to learn the tips and tricks he has been able to refine over the years. Quickly realizing coaching adults is a little more fruitful than coaching athletes. Coach Charles still loves coaching athletes because he loves seeing the kids mature and grow into their potential.
Transitioning into coaching adults has been a true blessing for him. In addition to leading sales training classes or recording videos, Charles is involved in leading the Team in Waco, Texas. Outside of work, he mentions- Free time, what is that?
He enjoys life on the ranch with goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and 18+ acres. There is always work there too! When winding down from Coaching and taking care of the ranch, his 3 daughters and wonderful wife make sure he keeps his feet grounded with all thing’s family!
