Brad has spent the last 20 years as a loan officer in Colorado, assisting more than 1200 families in buying a new home or refinancing their existing mortgages. Throughout his career, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, including first-time home buyers, real estate investors with multiple properties, and self-employed individuals with complex income streams. Brad also has extensive experience helping clients who require jumbo loan financing.
When he is not working on loan originations, Brad enjoys coaching his son’s lacrosse team, skiing with his family, running long distances on the nearby trails in Boulder, and participating in Toastmasters. In addition to his hobbies, Brad is an avid Colorado Buffaloes football fan and has held season tickets for over a decade. He facilitates a men’s group and is also a life coach.
