With more than 13 years of mortgage and lending experience, Bob Dhindsa brings a wealth of knowledge, perspective, and a relationship-focused approach to helping clients achieve their homeownership and financial goals. Before establishing his mortgage practice in California, Bob built a successful career as a mortgage broker in Canada, where he was recognized as a 2024 finalist for Mortgage Broker of the Year – Regional (Prairies).
Throughout his career, Bob has especially enjoyed working with first-time homebuyers and guiding them through what can be one of the most important financial decisions of their lives. For Bob, the most rewarding part of the mortgage business is seeing the smile on a client's face when their dream becomes a reality—helping them purchase the home where they'll raise their family, create memories, and build a space of their own.
His experience also extends to helping clients build and grow real estate investment portfolios, navigate financing as self-employed borrowers, structure complex mortgage solutions, and explore commercial financing opportunities.
Bob believes good mortgage advice begins with transparency and understanding. He takes the time to explain financing options in clear, straightforward terms so clients understand not only what they're doing, but why. Rather than simply completing a transaction, his goal is to provide clients with the information and guidance they need to make informed decisions while building relationships that continue well beyond closing.
Based in the Roseville/Sacramento area, Bob serves homebuyers, homeowners, investors, and business owners throughout California.
Outside of mortgages, Bob's greatest joy is spending time with his wife and raising their two boys. He enjoys volunteering in the community, traveling with his family, and continuing to grow through his fitness and spiritual journeys.
