I am a firm believer in the American Dream. Despite the ups and downs in the economy, real estate remains the investment by which immigrants like myself (came to the U.S. in 1981 from Nicaragua) can create a financial legacy for their families. Thus, I have made it my goal to help as many clients to get started on that path, or help them continue to build their real estate portfolios. I joined Xpert Home Lending in 2023 because as a mortgage broker I am in the best position to offer my clients options for their mortgage needs. Working with 73+ banks, I can find solutions for almost any type of borrower —foreign nationals, zero or no FICO score, self-employed, business owners or investors— and help them achieve their financial goals through real estate purchases or refinancing.
