Karla G Rosillo is a Mortgage Lender who helps clients purchase their dream homes. When she works with her clients, she takes the time to understand what they’re looking for and educates them on the process of home buying. Her goal is to make the home buying process as easy and quick as possible. From working with Realtors to underwriters, she has developed a deep understanding of Mortgages over her 15+ years in the industry. She wants to be your Mortgage Lender for Life, she takes pride in being easily accessible and thrives on efficiency when closing loans. She enjoys working with her clients and catering to their unique needs. She is a native San Diegan and holds a Bachelor’s of Art degree in International Business with an emphasis in French and Western Europe and a specialization in Finance from San Diego State University. She sits on the Board for the SDSU Real Estate Alumni Association. Karla is fluent in Spanish and French. When she is not meeting with clients or hosting events with Realtor partners, she enjoys traveling with her husband, Bharat, and being outdoors with her 1.5 year old puppy, Kulfi.
